Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Accepted returns: Defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Size exchanges and change of mind, for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-accepted returns: Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging.

Cost of return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.

Refund method: Store credit, or back to the way you paid. Your choice. Refunds to your original payment method are issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item (3–5 business days to appear in your account).

Exchange method: We send the size you want. No charge for the replacement garment; you pay the postage on it.

Condition of returned items: Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with packing slip included.

At AukCliff, we stand behind every product we make. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a misprint, damage, or defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How to report:

  • Email customerservice@aukcliff.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • We will review within 1–2 business days
  • If approved: replacement at no cost, or full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days

Replacement fulfilment: 3–7 business days plus shipping time.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we will help — within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Include your packing slip
  • You cover return shipping and any duties or taxes
  • Provide a tracking number when shipping back

Once we receive your returned item, we send the size you want. There is no charge for the replacement garment; you pay the postage on it.

Changed Your Mind

You have the same 30 days. Send it back unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, and choose store credit or your money back to the way you paid. You cover the return postage.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing by emailing customerservice@aukcliff.com. After 12 hours, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate.

International Customers

Shipping and returns are available worldwide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases. We will confirm your nearest return address when you initiate a return.

All returns are processed by our global fulfilment centres based on your location. We will confirm the correct return address when you initiate a return.
