At AukCliff, we’re here to get your gear delivered quickly, reliably, and with as little fuss as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the type of product, quantity, and your delivery location. Live shipping rates are shown at checkout and typically range from free to $10+. Keep an eye on our store banners for free shipping promotions — they’ll be automatically applied at checkout if available.

Dispatch & Fulfilment Times

Most orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please note: Dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, and seasonal demand (e.g., during the holidays).

Holiday Shipping Deadlines (December)

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by the following dates:

Canada

– Standard: Dec 12

– Express: Dec 16

– Fulfilled outside Canada: Dec 5

United States

– Standard: Dec 10

– Express: Dec 16

– Fulfilled outside USA: Nov 26

United Kingdom

– Standard: Dec 16

– Express: Dec 18

– Fulfilled outside UK: Dec 7

Europe

– Standard: Dec 6

– Express: Dec 16

– Fulfilled outside Europe: Nov 30

Australia / NZ / Asia / Latin America

– Standard: Nov 23

Missed the cut-off? You can still order, but we can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once dispatched, shipping typically takes:

USA & Canada: 2–6 business days

UK: 2–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia & NZ: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

If your nearest fulfilment centre is out of stock, your order may ship from another location. We’ll always aim to minimise delays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

If you’re ordering from outside New Zealand, local customs charges or taxes may apply. These fees are set by your country’s customs agency and are your responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid surprises.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to make a change?

You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order — as long as it hasn’t shipped.

Email us at customerservice@aukcliff.com with your order number and updated details.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, try these steps first:

1. Check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

2. Visit your local post office — they may be holding it.

3. Ask your neighbours — it might’ve been delivered to the wrong door.

Still no luck? Contact us at customerservice@aukcliff.com with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

If the address provided was incorrect, we can send a replacement, but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
