How are AukCliff designs printed?

Why might my shirt have a slight scent when it arrives?
DTG printing sometimes leaves a faint scent from the printing process. This is completely normal and disappears after the first wash.

Do I Have to Pay Import Duties or Customs Fees?

Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
Because items are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
Can I change my order after placing it?
In many cases yes, provided production has not started.

Returns & Replacements
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the size doesn't fit, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery and place a new order for the correct size.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 3, 5 business days, depending on your bank.
