How big is it?
12 oz (350 ml). It stands 8 cm high and 8.25 cm across. The material is lead and BPA free.
How long will it take to arrive?
It is made for you after you order, which takes a day or two, then posted from the facility closest to you. United States 4 to 6 days, United Kingdom 2 to 4, Europe 3 to 4, Canada 2 to 5, Australia 4 to 7.
How do I look after it?
Hand wash only. Do not heat drinks or food directly in the mug, because heat can damage the coating. Heat them first, then pour.
Will coffee or tea stain it?
It can. Enamel has a rough, porous surface, so coffee, tea and natural juices can leave marks over time. Rub the mark with lemon juice or bicarbonate of soda and a hard sponge and it lifts.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us within 30 days and we make it right, with a replacement, a credit or your money back. Fewer than 2 in 100 orders ever need it.
Do you ship to my country?
We make in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe and ship worldwide from whichever is closest.
Can I mix designs in a bundle?
