Upon receipt the cap was dented and does not hold its shape. Visually it looks like poor quality. If it was a physical store I would have returned it immediately.

How long will it take to arrive?
It is made for you after you order, which takes a day or two, then posted from the facility closest to you. United States 4 to 6 days, United Kingdom 2 to 4, Europe 3 to 4, Canada 2 to 5, Australia 4 to 7.
Is the logo embroidered or printed?
Embroidered. It is stitched into the panel rather than printed on it, so there is nothing on the surface to crack, peel or wash off.
Will it fit me?
One size. The strap at the back adjusts across the full range, which is why there is no size to choose.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us within 30 days and we make it right, with a replacement, a credit or your money back. Fewer than 2 in 100 orders ever need it.
