We ship from multiple fulfilment centres located around the world, including Canada, the USA, the UK, Spain, and Latvia. Whenever possible, we fulfil your order from the location closest to you to reduce delivery time, cost, and the chance of customs or import fees.
However, not all sizes and colour options are available in every fulfilment centre. In some cases, your order may ship from a different country if that’s the only location where your selected item is in stock.
If you’re concerned about where your order will be shipped from, we’re happy to help. Just send us a screenshot of your shopping cart showing the size and colour of each item you’re considering, and we’ll manually check availability and let you know the likely shipping origin.
Your order ships within 2–5 business days from one of our global facilities. Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days.
