Misprint, Damage, or Defect?

We’ve got you covered. If your item arrives with an issue, report it within 30 days through your Customer Account for a free replacement or full refund.

Wrong Size?

No problem — initiate your return within 10 days of receiving your order via Customer Account. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. Once returned, you’re free to place a new order for the correct size.

Change of Heart?

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Europe: 8-10 business days (we know, the wait might feel like an eternity, but trust us, it'll be worth it!)

Japan: 11-14 business days (we're working on a teleportation device for international shipping, but for now, this is the best we can do!)
