Installation Instructions

Follow these tips when applying magnets:

  1. Apply the magnet to a clean, dust-free, oil-free, and moisture-free surface.
  2. After application, press the magnet down with a clean cloth to maximize the magnet’s ability to stick to the surface and avoid air bubbles.
  3. Apply the magnet to a flat surface only. If applied on items that bend, are round, or in a cylinder form, we can’t guarantee its ability to hold.

Shipping and Returns

Your order ships within 2–6 business days from one of our global facilities (USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Brazil). Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days.

Misprint, Damage, or Defect?

We’ve got you covered. If your item arrives with an issue, report it within 30 days through your Customer Account for a free replacement or full refund.

Wrong Size?

No problem — initiate your return within 10 days of receiving your order via Customer Account. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. Once returned, you’re free to place a new order for the correct size.

Change of Heart?

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Typically, it takes 3-7 business days to get your order packed and shipped. Then, it's off on its adventure to you! Shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA and Canada: 4-8 business days (because let's be honest, you deserve it fast!)

UK: 5-6 days (because you love your trails)

Europe: 6-9 business days (we know, the wait might feel like an eternity, but trust us, it'll be worth it!)

Australia and New Zealand: 4-14 business days (because sometimes good things take time, like that epic hike you're planning)

Japan: 4-9 business days (we're working on a teleportation device for international shipping, but for now, this is the best we can do!)

International: 10-16 business days (patience is a virtue, adventurer!)

If your order is unavailable at your nearest facility, we’ll redirect it to another location. While this may slightly extend the delivery time, rest assured we’re committed to minimizing any delays to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible.
