Easy Return Policy

Your order ships within 2–6 business days from one of our global facilities (USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Brazil). Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days.

Misprint, Damage, or Defect?

We’ve got you covered. If your item arrives with an issue, report it within 30 days through your Customer Account for a free replacement or full refund.

Wrong Size?

No problem — initiate your return within 10 days of receiving your order via Customer Account. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. Once returned, you’re free to place a new order for the correct size.

Europe: 15-23 business days (we know, the wait might feel like an eternity, but trust us, it'll be worth it!)

Australia and New Zealand: 12-25 business days (because sometimes good things take time, like that epic hike you're planning)

Japan: 15-18 business days (we're working on a teleportation device for international shipping, but for now, this is the best we can do!)
